Behind the Scenes...

How are you today? I hope you had a restful weekend :)

Today the Lord showed me a picture of a stage set and then took me behind the scenes of the stage. I saw people busy, moving about getting things done ensuring things were in place and that the equipment and props were operating properly and then I came out of it. I pondered on it and realized it was a reminder that the Lord is still working.

“Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ…- Philippians 1:6

God does not sleep or rest and though we may not see anything physically manifesting right now, He is working behind the scenes to ensure everything is in place and going as planned. In the quiet and in the dark is where things are formed and created. So if you are in a quiet and dark season, know that something is happening and when it is time, the Lord will bring it to light. Your responsibility is to keep your eyes on Him, wait, and know that He is God.

“But Jesus answered them, ‘My Father has been working until now, and I have been working”- John 5:17

The Lord has not forgotten you and can never forget you. You are more precious to Him than you realize or know! All things are working out for your good! So hold on, keep looking at Him and watch as lines fall in pleasant places for you.

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose”-Romans 8: 28
