Know your why
Hello :)
I've been receiving messages from people saying how my workouts inspire and motivate them. It's truly heartwarming to know that I'm making a positive impact. Some of you have also asked how I manage to stay consistent with my workouts, even when life gets busy.
Recently, I recorded a voice note at the gym where I talk about the importance of maintaining a fitness lifestyle and how to get back on track when you fall off. You can listen to it below.
