It’s in the details…

Today I had my quiet with the Lord and I just started the book of Esther again. Reading through it, I noticed the attention to detail given to describe everything and it hit me for the first time that God loves the details.

God already knows the end result but what He is interested in is the details. That is what make the story and the end worthwhile. It is in the details that we are able to grow, change, transform, and become like Him. It’s in the details! The details is where our process lies. With God, the end is already known and inevitable but what is not set is how we grow and how much we grow which is tied to our process ( the details).

With God, we have already won, already conquered, already accomplished, and finished. In Him, our end is sure, but our process tells the story of how we get there. That is left to choice, our choice. This is where the Father honors our freedom to choose and let’s us decide how we want to finish.

Embrace and enjoy the details, for therin lies your purpose.
